After attaining huge success in both independent and corporate estate agencies for 17 years, Matt opened his own agency Giggs and Company in May 2012, and became number one within four months. A position which has been retained ever since. From sales negotiator through to branch manager, area manager and company director and now, number one agency owner, Matt has spent his whole career being an estate agent.
Matt cares about people. He thrives on delivering a personal, understanding and responsive service to buyers and sellers, which has resulted in 70% of Giggs and Company’s sales being via referrals.
